Kanye West was set to perform as the headliner at the Pan Am Games’ closing ceremony last night, but unfortunately things didn’t quite go to plan. His set went on for around 13 minutes, but as there were countless technical difficulties as he was performing a medley of career highlights, Kanye seemed fed-up and didn’t want to finish the planned run-time. Kanye, in full-on “fuck this” mode, threw his microphone up in the air and slowly stormed off the stage. It’s hard not to love Kanye’s commitment to hating poor quality sound.

UPDATE: According to Complex, Kanye West did not cut his set short due to technical difficulties. Neala Barton, the SVP of Communications and Media Relations for Pan Am Games issued this statement:
“As this was a live broadcast, Kanye West was always scheduled to perform for 13 minutes. He fulfilled this commitment in great style and while there was technical difficulty at the end due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, he rolled with it the way great artists do. To imply that he abruptly cut short his performance or that he was anything less than professional is incorrect. We could not have been more thrilled.”
