As Barack Obama’s presidency draws to a close, he has invited Kendrick Lamar to the White House one more time. This time, it will be for a celebratory Fourth of July performance which will also feature Janelle Monáe. White House press secretary Josh Earnest announced today that the Obamas will host military families for a celebration on the White House’s South Lawn that will include a barbecue, fireworks, and the concert from Lamar and Monáe.

President Obama has been an outspoken fan of Lamar’s (naming “How Much A Dollar Cost” his favorite song of 2015 and admitting he favors Kendrick over Drake) while this will be Monáe’s second performance at the White House (she also recorded a song for first lady Michelle Obama’s “Let Girls Learn” initiative earlier this year).
