Say what you will about Kanye West's provocative music video for "Famous," but at least director Werner Herzog and Vincent Desiderio, the latter of whom created the painting that inspired the video, think that it's a legitimate artwork. More credence was just added to that viewpoint by Blum & Poe in Los Angeles: The art gallery is currently displaying the wax figures from the video, complete with the giant bed, as an exhibit.
Kim Kardashian was in attendance at the unveiling, and she took photos and posted videos of the figures (Kanye, Kardashian, George W. Bush, Donald Trump, Anna Wintour, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Ray J, Amber Rose, Caitlyn Jenner, Bill Cosby, and Taylor Swift), including her own, on Snapchat. Kanye himself couldn't make it due to the visual spectacle that is the Saint Pablo Tour, but he did make an appearance via one of those webcam robots.
