Whether he's riding a horse to promote one project or wearing an ornate dress on the cover of another, Young Thug (or rather, Jeffery) has often been one to ignore rap archetypes. However, he may have just revealed his biggest defiance of time-honored hip-hop traditions yet: It turns out that he doesn't have that much interest in getting physically intimate with the ladies.
In a recent interview alongside fiancée Jerrika Karlae, Thug said the two didn't have sex until they had been dating for six months, and he then said, "I don't care for sex." Despite having children with multiple women, Thug also says he had never been in a relationship before Karlae.
"We wasn't doing it on like, 'No, it's too early to have sex' shit," he said. "We really wasn't. I don't care for sex that much. I never ask to have sex with her, never, ever." When the two finally partook in what Thug called "grown stuff," Karlae was the instigator: "Our first time doin' grown stuff, she did it. She pulled me in the room like, 'Come here.'"
Karlae corroborated the story, saying, "It was really six months. I was like, 'What's wrong with this guy? He weird.'" It doesn't seem like Karlae has a real issue with Thug's reluctance towards intercourse, though, and seems to see it as an endearing quality.
